Do I need to register / open an account to display my venue?

Yes, you must register a user profile to create your venue. You will be required to populate your venue details, upload images and select a pricing plan to be able to create a listing. You can register your venue now by clicking here.

How long does it take to register / display my venue?

Provided you already have high quality images in our accepted formats, for most users it takes less than 24 hours to get your venue displayed to the world on F & C.

How many images can I upload and what file formats are accepted?

We allow up to 5 display images for our standard package listings. We accept jpg/png images.

Can I register more than one venue under a single account?

Yes, you can register as many venues as you wish under a single account. Once you have registered and created a venue, simply login to your account and select “Add Venue” to add another.

What does it cost to list my venue with Functions & Catering?

Listing a venue with Functions and Catering costs around $1 per day. Our payment plans are yearly, but you can select monthly payment or pay a year in full upfront at a discount. We reserve the right to change our prices from time to time.

Who is able to see my venue once listed?

By default, your listing will be displayed in a single search region (typically covering a set of postcodes). During registration, you can add your venue to additional search regions for an additional fee, if you would like your venue searchable to a wider online audience / set of postcodes / areas.

How do I cancel my listing on F&C?

Simple. Prior to your annual renewal date send an email to admin@functionsandcatering.com stating that you don't wish to continue your listing with us and we will take care of the rest. Of course, we would love to have you back at anytime.

Can multiple users access one account?

Currently we only support one email address and login ID per account.
